This one was particularly troublesome, and even necessitated a crop of the original photo to remove a building that was causing lots of issue with dithering in some resolutions.

Fortunately, the crop seemed to play much nicer. A little bit of the lighting effect was lost, but it still looks pretty good overall. I still had a bit of trouble with some lower resolutions, but I didn't find it jarring enough as to be unacceptable.
